Ed Crummey is the Residential Partner and was retained as part of the Company’s continued drive to improve the level of customer care. Ed has a long history of working within the Legal/Customer Service field and it is anticipated that his role will be key in developing and improving the standing of the Agency in forthcoming years. Ed will be on hand at all times to address any parties’ concerns.
